Fremont Speedway honors 2009 champions
Fremont Speedway handed out awards and prize money to the drivers who finished in the top 10 in points in the 410 sprints, 305 sprints and dirt trucks at a packed banquet on Saturday, Nov. 21. Crowned champions were Bucyrus, Ohio's Brock Mayes in the Fort ball Pizza Palace 410 Sprints, Liepsic, Ohio's Todd Heuerman in the Fremont Federal Credit Union 305 Sprints, and Risingson, Ohio's Steve Endicott in the Fremont Fence Dirt Trucks.
All Star Circuit of Champions Return to “The track that action built” in 2010
Today the All Star Circuit of Champions announced it will be visiting “The track that action built,” once again for the 2010 season. The All Star Circuit of Champions will visit Fremont Speedway four times during the 2010 racing season.

Kemenah gets the 'brakes' he needs for 410 Fremont win; Clark nabs 4th 305 victory; Hennig grabs 3rd truck checkered
Findlay, Ohio's Chad Kemenah got the "brakes" he needed at Fremont Speedway on Hillside Billiards Night. The cautions flew perfectly to give him a clear track - and he needed it as he lost his 410 sprint car's brakes on the first lap but hung on to score his 11th career victory at "The Track That Action Built."
Ivy nabs rich 305 invite at Fremont; Dible has clean sweep weekend with truck victory
John Ivy used his years of experience to hold off a hard-charging youngster to claim one of the richest prizes in the nation for 305 sprints as he took the win in the All Pro Cylinder Heads Invitational at Fremont Speedway Sunday, Sept. 6.
Fremont Speedway reopens with rich 305 invitational
The roar of racing engines will return to Fremont Speedway after the Sandusky County Fair on Sunday, Sept. 6 for the 10th Annual 305 Sprint Invitational, one of the richest purses for those sprints in the national, presented by All Pro Cylinder Heads.
Fremont's Jim Ford Classic becomes rich two-day event!
The 2nd Annual Jim Ford Classic featuring the O'Reilly All Star Circuit of Champion Sprint Cars continues to get bigger. The 2009 edition will be a two-day event at Fremont Speedway, Friday and Saturday, Sept. 18 and 19, with the largest purse in the 58-year history of "The Track That Action Built." With bonuses, Saturday night's 410 sprint feature winner could take home $22,500!

Off and on showers all morning and early afternoon forced the cancellation of races on Burger King Night at Fremont Speedway, Saturday, Aug. 8.
NASCAR drivers Ambrose, Reutimann to get behind wheel of a sprint car at Fremont Speedway
Many of the drivers and crews in NASCAR's Sprint Cup Series can trace their racing roots back to the dirt tracks across the country like Fremont Speedway. As the teams head north to Michigan International Raceway for their Aug. 16 NASCAR event, Sprint Cup drivers Marcos Ambrose and David Reutimann, along with Ambrose's crew chief Frank Kerr, will stop in "to play" at "The Track That Action Built," located in the historical Sandusky County Fairgrounds in Fremont, Ohio.
