Attica Raceway Park action rained out Aug. 21
Persistent rains all afternoon Saturday, Aug. 21, prompted the cancellation of racing action at Attica Raceway Park on WNWO NBC Channel 24 Night.
“ Ohio ’s Finest Racing” speedplant will crown its 2010 champions next Saturday, Aug. 28, on Kistler Racing Products Season Championship Night. With double points on the line for the 410 sprints, Fultz Fabrications and Speed Shop UMP Late Models, Fremont Fence 305 Sprints and Computer Man Dirt Trucks, the coveted Attica Raceway Park titles will come down to the last lap of the features just as it did last season. Fremont, Attica add Goodyear 100 to tire choice
Fremont Speedway and Attica Raceway Park have announced the two tracks will now allow sprint car teams to use the Goodyear 100 along with the Goodyear 200 in competition in 2010.

1st night of Attica Spring Nationals called off; Saturday still on
Attica Raceway Park officials have cancelled the first night of the HD Supply Spring Nationals, set for Friday, April 9, due to rain and cold temperatures. However, the forecast looks much more promising for night number 2 - Saturday, April 10 - featuring the O'Reilly All Star Circuit of Champion Sprint Cars, the Fultz Fabrications and Speed Shop UMP Late Models and the Fremont Fence 305 Sprints.

beginning to bloom, temperatures are steadily climbing, and last but not least, the O'Reilly All Star Circuit of Champions are ready for the HD Supply Spring Nationals. This weekend the series will be making the trek to Attica Raceway Park for the Spring Nationals for $3,000 on the line Friday, April 9 and Saturday night, April 10, the racers will be fighting for a $5,000 prize. Shaffer wins thriller to open Attica's season; Schlenk holds off Missler for late model victory
If the first race of the year on Columbus Equipment/Northern Ohio Truck Center Night is any indication of the what’s ahead in 2010 at Attica Raceway Park, the fans are in for quite a show! Defending O’Reilly All Star Circuit of Champions Sprint car titlist Tim Shaffer worked his way up from 13th starting spot to take the lead in the 410 sprint feature, then lost it to Greg Wilson and fell back to third, only to execute a daring move in lapped traffic with four laps to go to move from third to first and held of Byron Reed for the win. Rusty Schlenk survived a slide job by Ryan Missler late in the late model feature and went on to score the victory. Not to be outdone, Bobby Clark performed a slide job on Paul Weaver to take the lead with nine laps to go and went on to claim the 305 sprint feature.
