Attica Raceway Park honored its 2009 track champions and handed out point fund money to those finishing in the top 10 in points in all four divisions during an awards banquet Saturday, Nov. 28.

All Star Circuit of Champions three night thriller this Labor Day weekend
While most of the nation is getting ready for a three day weekend, the O’Reilly All Star Circuit of Champions are gearing up for three nights of racing excitement that will span two states. On Friday night September 4th the series will be traveling to Lernerville Speedway in Sarver, Pennsylvania to take on the PA Posse. Then on Saturday September 5th the series will travel to Ohio for a showdown at Attica Raceway Park, before the focus of the 410 Sprint car racing world turns to Hilltop Speedway in Millersburg, Ohio on Sunday night September 6th.

Mayes, Drown, Clark, Waltermeier get Attica victories; Andrews, Missler, Weaver, Ball crowned champions
Brock Mayes scored his first 410 sprint win of the season at Attica Raceway Park Saturday night, while Sandusky, Ohio's Chris Andrews' fourth place run vaulted him over Byron Reed to claim the 2009 track championship on Kistler Racing Products Season Championship Night.

Wilson wins wild one at Attica; Clark takes 305 sprints; Schlenk gets 5th late model victory; McGrath takes trucks
Just when Greg Wilson thought he had the 410 sprint field covered at Attica Raceway Park, Phil Gressman executed a slide job to take the lead with four laps remaining. Wilson, a two-time All Star Circuit of Champion titlist, didn't panic. The Benton Ridge, Ohio driver regrouped and drove around Gressman on lap 28 and went on to his 18th career Attica victory on WNWO Channel 24 NBC/Aaron's Sales and Lease Night.

Titles on the line as Attica finishes 2009 on Saturday nights
There's a lot on the line the last three weeks of the 2009 racing season at Attica Raceway Park. The point battles in all four divisions are tight, as is the chase for the Kistler Racing Products Fremont Attica Sprint Title (FAST) as "Ohio's Finest Racing" speedplant closes the summer with three weeks of Saturday night racing.

Chris Andrews gets 3rd 410 win; Ryan Missler nabs late model victory; DJ Foos covers 305 field
The #3 was lucky for Sandusky, Ohio's Chris Andrews, Bellevue, Ohio's Ryan Missler, and Fremont, Ohio's D.J. Foos Friday on Edward Jones of Clyde/Mike Neill Financial Advisor Night at Attica Raceway Park. Andrews used another mid-race restart to grab the lead in the 410 sprint feature and went on to record his third victory. Missler held off several challenges from Jon Henry to score his third late model win. Foos led every lap of the 305 sprint feature to record his third career victory.

Sebetto holds of Kemenah at Attica for 1st 410 sprint win; Weaver scores 3rd in 305 sprints; Schlenk takes 4th late model victory
To say 2009 hasn't been kind to Fremont, Ohio's Bryan Sebetto is a bit of an understatement. The 26-year-old has had terrible luck. But that all turned around for him at Attica Raceway Park Friday, as he scored his first career 410 sprint victory, holding off Chad Kemenah on several restarts.

Shaver gets 1st career World of Outlaws Late Model win at Attica; Mintz keeps rolling in FAST sprints
You would have to excuse Vienna, West Virginia's Steve Shaver if he had trouble finding VP Racing Fuels Victory Lane at Attica Raceway Park Friday night. He had never been there in a World of Outlaws Late Model event let alone at "Ohio's Finest Racing" speedplant.
