Danny Brown wins Columbus; Zach Gibson Clinches 2009 Championship.
Veteran driver Danny Brown took advantage of his outside front row starting spot to get win number two on the season at Columbus (OH) Motor Speedway in the 305 Buckeye Super Sprints Series Saturday night.
Gibson Sweeps Toledo
Richwood Ohio resident Zach Gibson took the victory at Toledo (OH) Speedway Friday night in the 305 Buckeye Super Sprint Series to make it a clean sweep for 2009, as the defending 2008 Champion also won the series race back in June. Just like the race the week before rain and moisture became a factor as the show progressed on. Dodging the rain drops the 15 car field was pushed off for their 30 lap feature race.

Professional race car drivers from all around Ohio are taking on the challenge of raising donations for the Blake Haxton Mobility Fund in a Race-A-Thon on Saturday, August 1st, at the Columbus Motor Speedway. Gates open at 5:00 p.m.
Buchanan Dominates Hy-Miler Sprint Cars
Joined with the ISMA Supermodified’s once a year for the Sandusky Speedway Hy Miler Nationals there is no doubt this is the 305 Buckeye Super Sprints biggest event of the season each year. Tim Buchanan took off from the pole starting position at in the 305 Buckeye Super Sprint 30 lap feature race and never looked back taking the checkered flag once again at his home track. This was Buchanan’s third win in a row of the Hy Miler Nationals weekend 305 Sprint Car portion.
Zach Gibson sweeps the weekend by winning at Columbus
Zach Gibson earned his fourth Buckeye Super Sprint feature of the season and second of the weekend by dominating the twenty-five lap feature event at Columbus Motor Speedway on Saturday, July 18th.

Gillenwater gets first at Flat Rock
Canton Michigan resident Ryan Gillenwater blistered the quarter-mile Michigan oval they call Flat Rock Speedway to capture his first win of the season in the 305 Buckeye Super Sprint Series Saturday night. For Gillenwater this 30 lap feature win also represented his first win on pavement in the 305 Sprint Car ranks. The 25 year-old Ohio native started eighth in the feature race and rustled the lead away late in the going to secure the victory.
Gibson gets emotional win at Toledo
Zach Gibson grabbed his second 305 Buckeye Super Sprint feature victory of the season last Friday night at Toledo (OH) Speedway. The defending 2008 Buckeye Super Sprint Champion came from the tale of the 16 car field to get the 30 lap feature win and an emotional family winners circle, as Toledo is where his Uncle Terry Gibson lost his life in a Supermodified accident less than one year ago.
